Inside the factory your product will be made in.

12,000 m² across 6 floors in Yunfu, Guangdong — 10 production workshops covering moulding, silicone, tooling, printing and packing, plus 12 fully automatic injection molding machines and our own testing laboratory. Orders are contracted and invoiced by our US entity, AORIS INC, so you sign and pay under US terms — while production stays in our own Guangdong factory.

All orders are contracted and invoiced by AORIS INC (USA), governed by US law with disputes subject to US-court jurisdiction, USD payment within the US. Products are manufactured at our integrated manufacturing facility in Yunfu, Guangdong, China.

Certificates and audit reports are available for verification before you place a bulk order. Test reports for KOBOY-branded products cover EN 14350 and CPSIA/CPC. Where your own brand requires a certificate in your name — including FDA or LFGB testing — we arrange it through accredited third-party laboratories such as SGS, Intertek or BV. For verification, or for full-resolution copies suitable for your compliance file, email our export team and we will send them directly.

Your brand stays yours.

We manufacture for other companies, and we never name them. The same discretion applies to you — your brand, your designs and your tooling do not appear on this website, in our catalogue, or in anyone else’s hands.

Tooling you pay for is your property. We hold it for your exclusive use and will not run it for anyone else.
